By accessing or using PermitDig ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

PermitDig provides access to building permit data aggregated from public government records. The Service includes permit search, mapping, analytics, and alert features.

3. Data Accuracy

Permit data is sourced from public government records and provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Always verify critical information with the issuing jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service for lawful purposes including research, business intelligence, and lead generation. You may not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download data from the Service beyond normal usage patterns.

5. Intellectual Property

The underlying permit data is public record. Our compilation, indexing, interface, and analytics tools are proprietary. You may not reproduce or redistribute our aggregated datasets without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

PermitDig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including decisions made based on permit data displayed.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
