This report identifies permits and documentation required to obtain a permit for removal or restoration of the building to a safe condition. This report is not an appraisal for financial claims. The building inspector may require portions of the building or other debris to be removed to allow evaluation of the damage. Structural shoring and additional lighting may also be required. Before demolition or restoration can begin, an approved method of trash containment and removal must be in place. D
