Applying for building permit to repair and re-energize damaged meter

Permit by Inspection to verify occupancy classification for (F-1) & (B) Occupancy. 5047 s.f. Fabrication Shop. VB Construction. Max 33 occupants. No work under this permit. Inspection required.

Place Fiber Vault and Stub in ROW

This permit includes (4) new 2-inch domestic water meters. Results in CoC.

Install new 200 feet of 3/4-in PE gas line for a future bbq grill at new semi-public pool (PMT26-08154) in an existing housing community. New gas line to be installed in a 4-inch PVC gas sleeve. Results in CofC.

Modify existing fire alarm system by adding (6) ceiling-mounted horn/strobes, (1) ceiling-mounted weather-proof horn/strobe, (2) ceiling-mounted strobes, and modules for duct detectors, duct smoke detectors and kitchen hood for tenant improvement. Ref: PMT26-00479.

Install electrical infrastructure and chargers for COM Fleet electric vehicles at EMSC. New 3-phase electric meter.

No work is being done on this property, There were sprinklers put inside the offices and determined that there was never a certificate of occupancy done on this and it was built in 1970's

Construct new 5 story 164 guestroom hotel

The Church has decided to further enhance the exteriors of Buildings A and B that front Broadway Road from what was previously approved to include arches around windows, parapet style screen walls to hide the existing roofs and ground mounted mechanical equipment and enhanced landscaping and paving in the center courtyard.

Special Inspections for expansion/epoxy anchors, concrete construction, masonry construction, steel construction-welding, soils, EIFS, and wood construction. New 2 inch domestic and 3/4 inch landscape water meters. New 400A 3 phase electrical meter. Deferred fire sprinklers, fire alarm, pre-fabricated wood trusses, steel canopy. Results in CoO.

New gable roof facade with new light at entrance to existing building. New structural, architectural, and electrical. Special inspections required: concrete construction and masonry construction. Results in CoC.

Addition of 9,456 SF, type VB, S-2 occupancy to existing 17,100 SF, type VB, M, B and S-2 occupancy building. Scope includes grading & drainage, landscaping.
