Domestic cold-water line rerout Reroute existing copper domestic cold-water line from water heater to master vanity due to slab leak. Existing under-slab line to be abandoned in place. New PEX line to match existing pipe size in place and to be installed along east exterior wall (where masonry wall meets house), routed vertically through wall cavity into attic, then across attic and down to connect at master bath. No new fixtures or structural modifications.
Install 2-inch gas line with gate valve off COM gas main. Asphalt and curb replacement upon completion of gas line install. Ref: PMT24-14022. Non-City Conduit Right of way permit required.

Bathroom remodel at existing SFR. No square footage change: - Bathroom has existing toilet and vanity that were already replaced with new. - Existing bathtub with built in surround has already been removed. Existing diverter valve is in place but will be removed and replaced with a new diverter valve - Existing supply lines to tub area are copper. Those will be cut and a Copper to PEX compression adapter will be used to then use PEX lines to diverter valve and PEX lines from diverter to fixture
