Remove existing fiberglass shower, plumbing, and drain. Install new 60x42 white low-profile pan with left drain, Moen Brantford chrome shower fixture, smooth white walls to 8 feet ceiling, 3 corner shelves, 24-inches chrome grab bar, and ¼-inch rain glass enclosure with chrome trim.
Replace existing tub to shower with acrylic base and walls. Replace fixture and valve. Only working in wet space. No electrical work. Results in CoC.
