This project consists of a TPO overlay over the existing roofing system.A new 1/2" HD cover board will be mechanically fastened to the substrate followed by the installation of a 60-mil Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing system.The membrane will be induction-welded and shall be a white TPO membrane manufactured by Carlisle SynTec Systems or an approved EQUAL.
