We shall extend a natural gas line from the existing 1 1/2 line on rear corner of the house underground to fence line, then run on Unistrut Rack strapped to top of footing to the rear of the property. We shall install regulators at the house line, pool heater line, and generator line. Upgrade meter to 2 pounds (high pressure).
We will supply and install a 22kW Air-Cooled Generac generator. The generator will be placed on a 12" stand. We will install a 200amp Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). An appropriately sized gas line will be installed, including any utility upgrades or modifications.
