Remodel guest bath. Remove tub shower insert and replace with walk in shower with a 2-inch lip, remove the vanity and install a pedestal sink with the toilet and a dyno lift chair. Install a niche in the shower, a grab bar outside of the shower across from the toilet, widen the door to accommodate the homeowners wheel chair. Also widened the hall way.
