Modify existing fire alarm system by adding (1) Notification Appliance Circuit Panel with (2) 12V batteries, (1) smoke detector, (13) manual pull station, (13) wall-mounted strobes, and (17) wall-mounted horn/strobes.

Partial renovation and 624 SF addition to an existing Type IIA, unlimited-area stadium. Scope of work includes renovations to existing restrooms and locker rooms, construction of a hydrotherapy room at the northeast corner of the existing stadium building, and a new freestanding restroom serving the existing batting cages. Work includes civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Deferred submittals include fire sprinklers, fire alarm, and pool equipment. A separate permit

Fire sprinklers and fire alarm plans are included in this permit plan set. Deferred truss calculation. Special inspection for soils, steel, fabricated items, post-installed anchors, and electric over 1000amps. Results in a CofC.

New outdoor entertainment venue in an existing 4,147 SF fences outdoor space. Modifications to access gates, egress paths, restrooms, MEP's, and finishes. Approved as noted. Vehicle access gate by separate submittal. New 1-inch water meter will be under a separate permit. Special inspection for post-installed anchors and steel. Results in a CoO.

Installation of photovoltaic electrical equipment, disconnects, metering, conduit, trenching, and supply-side interconnection to the existing service. Photovoltaic panels are excluded from this permit they are under 10,000 SF. (1) new electric meter. Reviewed as noted. Results in CoC.

Existing stormwater drain repair. Results in CoC.

Install a PV roof mount system consisting of 67 modules and 3 inverters. New electrical 200A 3 phase PV meter. Results in CofC.

Build and install alumawood stage trellis 837 sq ft and seating node trellis with glider swings 144 sq ft. Special inspection for steel, concrete, deep foundations. Results in CoC.

Replacement of an existing light pole. Scope includes removal of the existing 35-ft 2-in light pole and installation of a new 35-ft 6-in light pole with foundation, (4) new antennas, (5) new radios (including integrated radios), a new equipment cabinet on a concrete pad, and a new meter pedestal on a concrete pad. New electrical meter. Special inspections required for structural steel, concrete, soils, post-installed anchors, and high-strength bolting. Results in CoC.
