We will be installing two wind turbines in the roof to create more ventilation. We are NOT re-roofing this house, not removing any drip edge, we are only adding two wind turbines to roof. We are also adding gutters and removing the wood that is blocking the gable vent on the side of the house.
Washington Weather Shield will install a new 60-mil GAF TPO roofing system over the existing roof surface including new fanfold insulation flashing components parapet metal scuppers and waterproofing details designed to improve drainage weather protection and overall roof performance. Work also includes heat-welded seams new penetration flashings walk pad protection around the roof hatch and complete removal of project-related debris upon completion.
