FIRE DAMAGE- This structure is to be restored like for like. Any alterations or changes will require submitting plans before any restoration can begin. During the damage inspection the following was observed: Structural: Structural members were damaged and will need replacing and engineering Electrical: Electrical sustained minor damage. Panel will not need to replaced, only wire/s that were damaged. Replace damaged wire per 2017 NEC and/or 2018 IRC/IBC Mechanical: Mechanical was not damaged
Modification to existing hood suppression system. Adjusting (2) 2-flow point nozzles over (1) burner range, (2) 1-flow point in plenum, and (1) 2-flow point nozzle in duct. 8 total flow points. Special Inspections Req - Final Inspection Modification to the existing system. Adjusting nozzles over appliances for proper coverage.
