The ME02 metering station is owned by the City of Mesa and monitors wastewater flow from Mesa that is discharged into the SROG collection system for treatment at the 91st Avenue WWTP. As part of the SROG partnership, the City of Phoenix maintains separate communication systems on site. This project is to update the City of Phoenix communication equipment at the metering station.
