ADDING CELLULAR DIALER TO AN EXISTING SYSTEM. Fire Alarm Dialer: Installation of a fire alarm dialer with up to 5 devices – no plans required. Installation shall comply with the City of Mesa codes (IFC, NEC and NFPA 72). Fire inspection required.

Premanufactured storage water tank and fire pump house. Located at the west side of the campus. Work consists of relocating curb, retaining walls, electric, plumbing. Including installation of a diesel engine driven fire pump rated at 2500 gpm at 170 psi. Special inspection required for concrete, masonry, soils, and post installed anchors. ADDING IN A CELLULAR COMMUNICATOR FOR MONITORING OF EXISTING FIRE SYSTEM

Modify existing fire alarm system by adding an audio power booster to the existing FACP to support (1) photoelectric smoke detector (1) monitor module for duct detector with remote test station, (6) ceiling-mounted strobes, (2) ceiling-mounted speaker/strobe, and (1) ceiling mounted strobe for new office under tenant improvement.

This is a use permit for a temporary construction field office trailer for use by contractors while a permanent building is under construction.
