TENANT IMPROVEMENTS

The purpose of this project is to obtain a building permit for shell improvements. This scope of work includes demolition, new electrical, new plumbing, and minor architectural work including some new interior party and exterior wall work. No structural work. Existing RTUs are being removed. Existing curbs shall remain. Existing interior roof drainage system to remain. Includes a new 1200A electric service replacement and a new 1-inch domestic water meter. Results in CoC.

Building #1. New 2-story, type V-B construction, 45,610 SF, group B occupancy office building for American Leadership Academy Charter Schools. This new design will replace the previously permitted but unbuilt PMT23-16875. Special Inspections Req IFC 510 EMERGENCY RESPONDER RADIO COVERAGE. DEFERRED ELEVATOR: DEFERRED FIRE ALARM. DEFERRED FIRE SPRINKLERS. CO2 LEAK DETECTION AND ALARM. Results in CoO. New (2) 2-inch domestic water service and meter. New 3/4-inch landscape water service and meter.

SES upgrade from 200A to 400A single phase electrical meter. Two new 200A single phase "interior" electrical panels, one for existing current loads and the other is for future use. No new electrical loads on this permit. Results in CoC.

Building 1, new 8,335 SF building, type V-B construction. Retail shell space. Scope includes shell buildings only Civil under PMT25-14368. New (1) 2-inch domestic water meter at building 2 only and (1) electric meter on building 1 only. Deferred fire sprinklers, truss calculations. Over-the-Counter Fire Sprinkler Monitoring Permit Required. Special inspections for concrete, masonry, steel, post installed anchors, soils, and electrical. Results in CoC.

Construction, repair, remodeling, demolition, and excavation work activities may be conducted between 6:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Construction work outside of the permitted timeframes will require an afterhours permit. Afterhours permits for construction are subject to the following conditions and Building Official approval: 1. Remove and replace existing electrical equipment with new at cell tower site. Results in CoC.

Building 2, new 8,040 SF building, type V-B construction. Retail shell space. Scope includes shell buildings only Civil under PMT25-14368. NON-RESIDENTIAL

Replace 4 existing fire alarm panels with new EST4 fire alarm panels. Additionally, replace cooper data lines with fiber optics lines.

Construct new 0.5 million gallon reservoir, pump station, surge tank, electrical building and associated equipment and SRP enclosure with swing gates. Construction includes 8ft high CMU block wall around site with (2) motorized vehicle gates and (1) pedestrian swing gate. New 3-phase electric meter, (1) 2inch Domestic Water Meter and (1) 1inch Irrigation Water Meter. New 1,100 s.f. CMU electric building. Occupancy classification F-1, construction type IIB. New metal canopy. Deferred fire alarms

Modify existing fire sprinkler system by adding (4) ESFR pendent 165°F 514-K with 3/4-inch and relocating (4) ESFR pendent 165°F 514-K with 3/4-inch discharge orifice fire sprinkler heads under vertical lifts.

Install two (2) new clean agent total flood fire suppression system with pre-action controls to provide independent protection for the areas described above.

Electrical only permit. Solar install is under 10,000 SF. Installation of a 41.82kW PV System with a Tesla PowerWall3, with (3) meters and batteries. Results in CoC.

Install 1 Cornell ESG10 Coiling Security Overhead Grille Door.

MODIFICATION TO EXISTING SYSTEM. NOZZLE ADJUSTMENTS FOR PROPER COVERAGE. SYSTEM AND APPLIANCES ARE ALL EXISTING..

Construction of (1) 383 SF Park Ramada, type IIB construction, U occupancy. Special inspection req. - steel, concrete and soils. Location: APN: 313-25-948 (East of Lot 277) South of S Santa Pita & E Ursula Ave Main Cross Street: E Williams Field Rd & S Signal Butte Rd ADM25-00780 approval of ramada.

High pile combustible storage racking installation in various locations throughout the building. Special inspection for post installed anchoring. Results in a CofC.

Install sixteen new steel carports, 648 SF each for a total of 10,368 SF coverage in parking lot at new building. New structural. Special inspections required for Steel Construction, Concrete Construction, and Cast-in-place Foundations. Results in CoC.

MISCELLANEOUS ELECTRICAL

STORAGE RACKS

Expand parking from existing facility at 1831 N Rochester to the north.

Replace and existing 400A (9) pack multi meter SES with new, like for like, in same location. Replacement of subpanel and other accessory devices. (9) new electric meters. Results in CoC.

Annual Facilities Permit for Super Radiator Coils manufacturing building.

Tenant improvement of existing 3,938 SF, type IIB construction, M occupancy Circle K convenience store. Relocating, upgrading and adding equipment into existing, open and operating convenience store. Minor electrical and plumbing accommodate new or relocated equipment. Approved as Noted. Results in CoC.

34" repair on 2" polyethylene gas line at 760 E Broadway Rd. Repair was performed like-for-like

Install new fire dialer panel and new 7707 AES long range radio for communication to UL central station. Connect new water flow and tamper switches to new dialer panel. Install one smoke detector above panel and radio location. Install one notification device outside of riser room per NFPA 72 standards.

Landscape service. New 2" landscape irrigation water meter.
