Multiple layers of roofing or excessive layers of felt may result in additional charges, Extra* replace rotted/damaged 3/8" or 1/2" plywood decking at $3.95/sq.ft. Extra or rotted/damaged 1x decking at $4.75/ln.ft. Extra to above as needed, Renail the existing decking per fortified requirements, Install a self adhering 4" strip over all plywood joints in the roof decking. Note: if 1" x decking is present a
