Repairs to fire damaged (4) unit multifamily home COB25-00163. New architectural and MEP. New trusses over units A, B, and C. New drywall, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, doors, windows, insulation, floor coverings, roof sheathing, walls, headers, mechanical RTUs, and rafters at unit A patio. New electrical 400A single phase SES with (4) 100A single phase meters and panels. Existing non-fire sprinklered building, none required. Results in CoC.
