Remove and replace existing roof system. Install new roofing materials in compliance with current building code and FORTIFIED Roof™ standards.
Remove existing roofing system down to deck. Inspect and replace any damaged or deteriorated roof decking as needed. Install a continuous sealed roof deck system in accordance with IBHS FORTIFIED Roof™ standards. Apply approved underlayment, starter strip, and install new asphalt shingles per manufacturer specifications. Install proper flashing at all penetrations, valleys, walls, and roof transitions. Install ridge cap and provide proper attic ventilation (or sealed attic assembly if applicable
