Scope includes removal of base flashings metal coping/cap metal edge metal counter flashings lead jacks and abandoned pipe penetrations; cutting out blisters ridges and wrinkles in the existing membrane and infilling to bring roofing up to level. Mechanically attach Geotextile separator followed by mechanical attachment of one layer of 60mil Carlisle TPO membrane overtop with 5' wide perimeter sheets for enhanced wind up
