Residential reroof only; no structural changes. Remove existing shingles. No planned plywood replacement but if needed will use 1/2" CDX. Install Owens Corning Duration shingles.

Removal and replacement of select roof components including installation of new 3/4" CDX plywood updated railing system with proper waterproofing and replacement of siding panels with new underlayment and metal flashing. Roofing work includes removal of the existing system and installation of a new Duro-Last PVC roofing assembly with insulation vapor barrier scuppers edge metal and sloped coping for proper drainage and performance.
