Plumber check all gas fixtures and found them to be up to code, test gas pipe for leak and file permit with One Stop for gas meter release.

Interior electrical renovation of the M Club removing and replacing fixtures and receptacles. Install new receptacles and fixtures.

Remove 125amp faulty panel. Installed new 125amp outdoor 30 space panel with main breaker. Attempt to install 15 new arc fault breakers. If arc-fault breakers do not hold with existing wiring, HD will installed regular breakers. Install surge protector. Install new ground system with ground bridge and two ground rods.
