SECOND FLOOR OF 3-STORY RENOVAVATION THAT IS CONDITIONED BY DUCTED SPLIT-SYSTEM HEAT PUMPS SERVING RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS. SYSTEMS INSTALLED ON THIS LEVEL INCLUDE FIFTEEN (15) HP-A UNITS RATED AT 1.5 TONS EACH, TWO (2) HP-B UNITS RATED AT 2.0 TONS EACH, ONE (1) HP-C UNIT RATED AT 2.5 TONS, AND TWO (2) HP-E UNITS RATED AT 2.0 TONS EACH. HEATING IS PROVIDED BY INTEGRAL ELECTRIC RESISTANCE HEATERS WITHIN EACH SPLIT SYSTEM.

We will supply and install a 24kW air-cooled Generac generator. The generator will be placed on the right-hand side of the house on a 48" stand. We will supply and install a 200-amp Automatic Transfer Switch. An appropriately sized gas line will be installed, including any required utility upgrades or modifications.

Replace existing 3 ton Condenser, Furnace and Evap Coil

Replacing approximately 120 feet of gas line. Gas meter has been pulled. After work is performed a pressure test must be done before inspection. Then we will have to meet up with the inspector while the gauge is pressurized.
