Remove existing shingles. Replace planned 11 sheets 1/2" CDX. Install Owens Corning Duration shingles.

Residential reroof only; no structural changes. Remove existing shingles. Replace planned 35 sheets of 1/2" OSB. Install Owens Corning Duration shingles.

Existing roof replacement

Remove existing shingles. No planned plywood replacement but if plywood is needed we will replace with 1/2" CDX. Install IKO Cambridge shingles.

PVC membrane re-cover over the existing hot tar roof. Install a 60mil white PVC membrane to manufacturer's specification.

Removing the existing layer of architectural asphalt shingles and replacing with similar type.

We tore off 1 layer of torchdown and install 60mil PVC. Replaced 38 sheets of plywood total (we have photos with them numbered). Replace 3 exhaust vents. Make sure the roof drains properly.
