The project is for the City of Phoenix's Val Vista Water Treatment Plant Reservoir No. 3 Rehabilitation. The rehabilitation includes replacing the reservoir roof and liner. A bifurcation wall will be added to divide the reservoir into 2- 20 MG cells, and a diversion box will be installed to divert flows as required by operation. Special inspection req. - steel, concrete. REF: PMT25-11907 for VVWTP Reservoir No. 2. Results in CoC.
