Tear off and dispose of the following existing materials: - The existing TPO membrane on the entire roof surface A thorough investigation will be made of the surface below to find any areas of rot or water intrusion that may require repair. Install a Class-I vapor barrier to the entire substrate. - Install a separation sheet to the entire roof surface. - Install 60mil PVC membrane to the roof surface using a mechanically-attached system as per mfg-specs.
