Installation shall comply with City of Mesa codes and servicing electric utility requirements. Do not disconnect utility wires or meters. Schedule disconnect/reconnect with serving utility and obtain utility service requirements specific to your permit. Pelican Electrical a permit that we feel is urgent. Client has been experiencing power interruptions, Entergy has been on site and confirmed it is not in their wires. Upon Pelican's inspection of the property, we found that the service needed to be updated and replaced. Major problem is current service has no neutral. The 125Amp is full and cannot accept surge protection. Pelican will all with a new 200Amp Eaton service up to code and will fix neutral problem and reground service.
