Construction of a new screened patio enclosure attached directly to the existing CMU block wall. Work includes framing, insulated pre-fabricated roofing, screening, and new electrical wiring for overhead ceiling fans and LED lighting. Patio will have rolling/sliding vinyl "shades" in addition to screening.
