Driveway and Carport are within the setback requirement by Hillsborough County EPC. 10ft from "Upland-excavated ditch" on west side of property per EPC letter dated 01/21/2011. Per the letter the "ditch/flowway, from point A-17 to A-19 would warrant a "10-foot upland excavated ditch setback" pursuant to Hillsborough County EPC wetland setback policy for Upland Excavated Ditches, effective 01/01/2002. the letter was signed by Christopher J. Cooley.
