Remove existing sand and rubberized surfacing (8,855 SF) and install new surfacing, sand, and wood fiber at an existing play area in a City of Mesa owned park. New ADA playground ramp and ADA picnic table. New electrical provided for future shade structure lighting. New future shade structures and playground equipment to be installed under a separate permit. Results in CofC.
