The project consists of providing Architectural and Engineering design services for unit 267 fire damages reconstruction. Based on the fire incident report from AFD and xactimate report. The fire was a kitchen stove which was extinguished with a fire extinguisher. Reconstruction appears to be replacing entry door (due to fire department breaking through to enter). A few lights some flooring appliances drywall/insulation at the kitchen wall paint and cleaning. Most of damage appears to be due to
