Demo existing split meter/distribution panel and replace with junction box. Install new 200 AMP 120/240V Single Phase overhead SES on the NE corner of house. Additionally, install new grounding electrode system consisting of (1) 4 cu to cold water pipe riser from new SES supplemented by two ground rods driven to a depth of 8 feet at minimum 6 feet apart.
